EDF engagements are governed by separately signed agreements (a Master Service Agreement and a per-project Statement of Work) executed before any engineering work begins.

Use of the public website and the intake chat is provided as-is for pre-engagement scoping. The intake chat is not a contract, an offer, or a commitment to deliver work. It produces a frozen specs and validation-tests package that may form the basis of a contract after Adam's review.
