EDF does not host user accounts. The public website does not use third-party analytics or tracking.

Intake chat sessions are held in-process and discarded on application restart. An intake session that is explicitly saved produces a package.yaml file written to local disk; that file becomes the basis of any subsequent engineering work.

EDF retains saved intake packages for the lifetime of the engagement they relate to. Anything covered by a separately signed NDA is handled per that NDA.
